Ayla Akkad
Ayla began her architectural career struggling. She did not seem like she was going to be able to pursue the degree in her university years due to unplanned circumstances, but her passion pushed her forward. Her enthusiasm to influence the world and have a presence is what helped her become who she is today. She is pationate about taking the normal styles of the age and trying to push them to their limits to add her own unique style into the projects. By integrating the styles of the 21st century with her and her clients' visions, she is able to achieve her goals.

Hiba Salim
During her undergraduate practice, Hiba found a huge interest in challenging the conventional notions of architecture using the parametric design strategy and the new technologies available in order to produce rich architectural spaces and sustainable projects. The importance of considering the environment in most of her projects was a turning point in attempting to minor in urban planning and landscape architecture in a means to work at a larger scale projects. Now her designs are all based on large scales and she manages the bigger projects of the firm.

Rita Isshak
An architect from Syria, however, Rita grew up in the gulf and has always been surrounded by multiple different nationalities. She grew up in Saudi Arabia and stayed there her entire life before moving to the UAE to continue her education. Saudi Arabia was an experience that many would view as weird, however, she saw it as an opportunity to grow in a culture that was completely out of the normal. She learned to adapt to different people and cultures; She learned to grow and develop her own interest, and was able to connect to different individuals in different ways. The UAE did the same for her in a very different atmosphere and surrounding. And now California is allowing for even new types of inspiration.
